Customer Services Refund / Cancellation Policy (where there is a product fault): We pride ourselves on having excellent customer service: we will always be pleased to help you with setup or any other problem that you may experience, however long after purchase. We are very friendly and helpful, and will always be more than happy to discuss any queries that you may have! For your peace of mind all of our products come with a two year warranty. In the event of a fault occurring with your product in the first two years, please contact us and we will either arrange a pick up or you can post the item back to us, whichever is most convenient for you. We will either fix or replace the faulty item and send it straight back to you. Alternatively you may have a full refund and return the item to us. Returns Policy (where there is no product fault): If, for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your product you may return it within 30 days and receive a full refund. Privacy Policy: Bird Box Cameras does not store in any format your financial details, including credit / debit card numbers. Any information received by Bird Box Cameras absolutely will not be shared with a third party. Unless you state otherwise, Bird Box Cameras will not contact you after the point of sale.
