We pride ourselves on having excellent customer service: we will always be pleased to help you with setup or any other problem that you may experience, however long after purchase. We are very friendly and helpful, and will always be more than happy to discuss any queries that you may have!
For your peace of mind all of our products come with a two year warranty. In the event of a fault occurring with your product in the first two years, please contact us and we will either arrange a pick up or you can post the item back to us, whichever is most convenient for you. We will either fix or replace the faulty item and send it straight back to you.
Alternatively you may have a full refund and return the item to us. |

| All products supplied by Bird Box Cameras come bubble-wrapped and fully packaged in a suitable cardboard container. They are sent by first class recorded post via Royal Mail or a national parcel carrier. Postage costs below are for delivery to UK mainland only - please email us for non UK mainland or international delivery costs. |
